How soon can I get a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
We try our best to deliver certificates via facsimile or e-mail within 10 minutes if request received during business hours and does not require special wording and/or changes to be made to a policy first (like adding an auto, or increasing specific coverage, or adding an additional insured). Some certificates may take up to 24 hrs or longer to deliver since they may require insurer's approval. One of the fastest and most reliable ways to order a certificate is requesting it online by filing out this form.

Can I pay by credit card? What cards accepted?
With You in mind, we made it possible for you to make payments using major credit cards; however, since payment that you make is insurance premium that belongs to an insurance company but credit card companies still charge a fee, a convenience fee will be added to the amount you wish to pay. Visa/MasterCard/Discover - 3%; AmericanExpress - 4%.

Can I setup automatic payments?
In certain instances - yes! If you have set up a premium finance agreement  to pay for your insurance coverage, premium finance companies usually let you setup automatic EFT withdrawals directly from your checking/savings account.
If your insurance policy is on a Direct Bill payment plan, then the insurance company bills you directly, and, as usual, automatic recurring payments are available via EFT or credit cards.
If your insurance policy billed by us, then unfortunately this option will not be available at this time. However, vast majority of banks offer BillPay service free of charge. All you need to do is logon to your online account at the bank, add our firm as recipient, and setup recurring payments to be mailed to us automatically on a certain day of each month.
Please give us a call for assistance with setting up one of these this methods.

I bake custom cakes (or clean some one house for 2 days a week, or deliver pizza a few hours a week, etc.). Do I need to do anything with my private passenger auto insurance?
Majority of us do not even realize that we are the business owners - this is a fact. It is the type of a "little side job" that determines how your personal auto insurer will treat your claim, and not the number of hours you spend on it weekly. For instance, pizza or newspaper delivery (or any other type of delivery) is expressly excluded from majority of standard policies which puts you under a risk to get a denial when you need your insurance company to help you after the accident. Generally speaking, if you spend over 20 percent of time or mileage on business affairs, we recommend contacting your insurance company to remove business use exclusion, or, in other words, buying it back. If you use your auto for business needs for over 50 percent, we definitely recommend getting a "business auto" policy (BAP). By the way, chances are that coveragewise and pricewise BAP can often beat your personal auto insurance carrier.

Can I create/print certificates and insurance ID cards outside normal business hours?
Great question! Yes! Starting from November 2014 we have implemented online policy access feature that allows existing customers view their policies (coverage summary, lists of location, equipment, drivers, etc.), create and print certificates of insurance and insurance ID cards, view current balance, request changes to policies, and simply ask a question.
We call this feature Service 24/7. In order to enroll, you would have to contact our Headquarters and provide full name and email address of Power User who will manage other users (if you need more than one).
Enrolled customers may click here to visit Service 24/7 page.
